The Dutch Lions FC introduce its first-ever Conditioning and Speed Camp next week, August 2-6, 2010. From 10AM-Noon, at Athletes in Action Complex in Xenia, Ohio. The camp will be focusing on speed work testing, conditioning drills, agility footwork, yoga exercises and extensive stretching, all WITHOUT a ball.

This week the Dutch Lions FC started a partnership with Winning Skills in Holland, a Dutch soccer company that provides fun events, business events, coaching courses and training method DVD's, besides their specialty, technical soccer training. Their training methods DVD is available to purchase at the summer camp this week, or at the Dutch Lions office in Kettering.
